Our Services
St. Clair Superior Development Corporation (SCSDC) is a non-profit community development corporation with a 30-year history of serving the near east side of Cleveland.
Programs include community organizing, neighborhood planning, real estate development, commercial and industrial services, leadership development, safety programs, arts and culture, sustainability, gardens and green space.
The SCSDC service area extends from East 30th Street on the Western Boundary to Martin Luther King Boulevard as the Eastern Boundary, South to Superior and Payne Avenues and North to Lake Erie.
